How do I know if my order is confirmed?
A confirmation email indicating your order no. will be sent to you shortly after ordering. If you do, not receive an e-mail confirmation from us,
please email us at customerserv@talesandjourneys.com.

Can you gift wrap my order?
Yes we will provide a simple gift wrapping with ribbon if you intend to mail the order as a gift to another person.
Please email to customerserv@talesandjourneys.com for this special request within 24 hours after you have place the order. We will also provide a simple gift card so you can also include your greetings or messages to be printed on the card.

Will I receive any notification when my order ships?
Yes, we will send you an email when your order is shipped with the tracking information.

How long does it take for my order to reach me?
There will be 1-3 working days to prepare your order. After that it usually takes one to three days for shipment within Singapore.

Do you supply wholesale?
We are a retailer based in Singapore and would be interested in wholesale to overseas.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes but some countries have different import restriction and that we don't ship to.
