Order processing
We only ship and process orders on working days that includes Monday - Friday, excluding our public holidays.
Stock Availability
Even though we have our automated inventory updating system in place, there may be times when an item is sold out before the inventory is updated.
When this occur our customer service will let you know by email and we will refund you the full amount charged.
The email will also advise if the out-of-stocks item will be re-produced when the stock will be available. You can reply us if you like us to update you once the item is in-stock.
Customers Databases/Privacy
Customer information is not sold to or shared with any other parties without prior consent of our customers.
Any information we collect from you is used for our own marketing purposes and is not shared or sold to other companies. We market via direct mail and email only and use no telemarketing.
If you would like to be removed from either our mailing list or email list, just click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the our marketing email and we will promptly remove you from our database.
