If at any time or for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund of your purchase price. Returns or Exchange
Please email return@talesandjourneys.com stating the reason for the return or exchange within the next 7 days (21 days for overseas buyer) from the invoice date. You will receive a reply from us with the address to mail the returns to.
Please return the product in its original, re-saleable condition within 14 days of purchase (30 days for overseas buyer), based on invoice date.
Please include a copy of your invoice together with the return.
If it is a return without exchange, we will credit you the purchase price or the difference if it is an exchange, by using the same method of payment.
Please pack the returns in its original mailing box to ensure the return is not damaged in anyway during transit.
We advise that you mail the item back to us by registered mail or Speedpost (local) so that the item can be tracked.
Please understand that we are unable to bear the return mailing back shipping charges and also to do refund or exchange if item is damaged or lost during shipping.
Please understand that promotional items or clearance items cannot be returned.
Defective goods or wrong Item delivered
We will always pack our items with care and ensure that they are in good condition before shipping out. However, if there are any defects or if items sent are different from what you ordered, please email us within 7 days (21 days for overseas buyer) after goods received and returned within 14 days of purchase (30 days for overseas buyer), based on invoice date. You will receive a reply from us with the address to mail the returns to.
If possible, we will appreciate a photo attached to the email showing us the problem, which will greatly facilitate the process.
Please include a copy of your invoice together with the return.
Depending on stock availability, we will exchange or credit you the purchase price by using the same method of payment including the incurred freight/shipping charges (if any). Please provide us the postal/shipping charge receipt.
