International shipping charges depends on your location and the weight of the total order.
Order process for international customers:
You can place the order online as usual. At the shopping cart, click-on "international customer" and then click ‘continue check-out’. An 'Order Acknowledgement' email will be sent to you within 24 hours indicating the actual shipping & handling charges.
If you accept the indicated shipping and handling charges, please click on the 'Proceed Order' button on the e-mail. An invoice through PayPal will be emailed to you. Click on the link provided or follow the simple steps to make payment. You do not need to sign up with PayPal to make payment.
Once we receive your payment, an 'Order Confirmation' email will be sent to you.
If we do not hear from you to ‘Proceed order’ in the next 3 days, we will treat this order cancelled.
If your country is not listed here, please email us what you are interested to order from our website so we can calculate an estimated shipping charge for you or if we can mail to you.
Payment for international customers:
Goods are sold at nett price in Singapore dollars.
We only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express through PayPal. You do not need to sign up with PayPal to make payment.
   
*Please note that free shipping applies only to within Singapore. We cannot accept P.O Box address.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct for a successful delivery.
Please note that the shipping rates we charge do not include or cover any customs fees or taxes that the destination country may impose.
